13 and over swimmers. This group will target swimmers moving from JR to Intensive and or prepare swimmers for his/her upcoming school season. This includes aerobic maintenance for athletes wishing to stay fit. |

10 and under group swimmers developing aerobic capacity and stroke technique. Must be able to legally swim the 4 competitive strokes and be able to complete multiple lengths of the competition pool. |
