PCC offers three distinct levels of instruction for elementary school aged swimmers:

Part of the PCC DEVELOPMENT TEAM, the MINI CRUISERS program is a great first step for young swimmers to test the competitive side of the sport. This instructional group bridges the gap between swim lessons and competitive teams. Our coaches will teach the fundamentals in all four competitive strokes through a variety drills and kicking exercises while subtly building endurance and strength. We also offer monthly Competition Clinics for our Development Team swimmers to test their racing skills. Click the link for more detailed information on the PCC MINI CRUISERS.

Part of the PCC COMPETITIVE TEAM, the JUNIOR GROUPS are our most popular training groups! 3 to 5 practices per week of consist of age-appropriate technical instruction, race preparation, endurance training and, most importantly, guidance in learning how to be a great teammate! 2nd and 3rd graders join the Jr Green group; 4th and 5th graders join the Jr Blue Group. Click the link above for more information on the PCC Junior Groups.

Also part of the PCC COMPETITIVE TEAM, the AGE GROUP PROGRAM is designed for athletes who have shown dedication, determination and the desire to perform at a high level. Athletes in the Age Group program train 4 to 8 times per week and work on an advanced skill set for their age. We aim to provide the best training for athletes who want to be the best!
