Parent Tot (ages 6 - 24 months) 

Ratio 1:8

Parent Tot 

  • The parent will work with their child the entire time while the instructor teaches the parent how to work with their little swimmer in the water.

 

Toddler/Parent Transition (ages 2 - 4 years)

Toddler/Parent Transition 

  • In this class, the parent is still in the water with the child but the instructor will take time with each swimmer and work with them one on one getting the swimmer used to going with an instructor and transitioning the parent out of the water.

 

Splash (ages 2 - 4 years)

Splash 101 

  • I'm a beginner and I'm scared to go in the water by myself!
  • Working on becoming comfortable in the water, floating and kicking assisted on front and back, face in the water, blowing bubbles out of mouth and nose, holding breath without plugging nose, and assisted safety jump, back float, and kick to the side. Learn through play!

Splash 201 

  • I'm comfortable in the water but need help swimming! 
  • Working on unassisted kick and float on back, unassisted gliding and kicking on stomach, bobing off the bottom, elementary backstroke, and unassisted safety jump, back float, and kick to the side.

Splash 301 

  • I don't think I need your help but I probably do. I can float well!
  • Working on steamline and position 11 kicks on front and back, dolphin kicks, breaststroke kicks, side kick, and learning freestyle and backstroke arms.

 

Waves (ages 5 -12)

Waves 101 - Ratio 1:3

  • I'm a beginner and I'm scared to go underwater by myself!

Waves 201 - Ratio 1:3

  • I'm comfortable in the water but need help swimming!

Waves 301 - Ratio 1:4

  • I don't think I need your help but I probably do. I can float well!

Waves 401 - Ratio 1:4

  • I'm basically a T-Rex, I have a super strong kick but my arms are practically useless.
  • Working on being able to swim all 4 strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle), wall starts, sit dives, underwater streamline, and working towards being swim team ready.

Waves 501 - Ratio 1:4

  • I'm Mr/Mrs Little Olympian.
  • Working on swimming a full length of all 4 strokes, flip turns, open turns, interval reading, underwater dolphin kick, and individual medley.

 

Teen (ages 13 - 18 years)

Ratio 1:4

Teen 101

  • This class is designed for middle school and highschool students, ages 13 to 18, who are new to swimming. The class will work on introductory and life saving swimming skills.  

Teen 201

  • This class is designed for middle school and highschool students, ages 13 to 18, who need technical swimming instruction. The class will work on technical skills for all four competitive strokes.  

 

Adult (ages 18 years and up)

Ratio 1:4

Adult 101

  • This class is designed for adults who are new to swimming. The class will work on introductory and life saving swimming skills. 

Adult 201

  • This class is designed for adults who need technical swimming instruction. The class will work on stroke refinement. 

 


 

Private Lessons (all ages)

Ratio 1:1

Private Lessons 

  • Private lessons offer one on one time with a swim instructor. This is a great way to accelerate your child's swimming as the entire session will be focused on the skills necessary to help your child progress through the Royal Swim Academy.

Single 30 Minute Private Lesson

  • This class is a single 30 minute one on one session that will be designed around your child.

30 Minute Private Lesson Package

  • This class is a package of four, 30 minute one on one sessions that will be designed around your child.

Single 60 Minute Private Lesson

  • This class is a single 60 minute one on one session that will be designed around your child.

60 Minute Private Lesson Package

  • This class is a package of four, 60 minute one on one sessions that will be designed around your child.
