What if I need to miss a class? 

  • If you need to miss a class, a 12 hour notice of absence is required. You can visit your parent portal to record a future absence or you can also notify Royal Swim School in writing that you will be missing the class. 

How do I register for a make-up class?

  • In you parent portal, click on "Makeups". If you have have a makeup token available, you may request to join a class to use your makeup token. If no classes are avilable for a makeup session, please notify [email protected]

How long do I have to make up a class?

  • Your makeup token will expire after 30 days of being issued. 

How many make up tokens can I recieve in one month?

  • Each swimmer is able to receive up to 2 makeup tokens per month. 

How do I drop my enrollment in Royal Swim School

  • A 30 day notice is required to drop an enrollemnt. In your parent portal, click "enrollments", then click "Drop Enrollment". You may also notify Royal Swim School in writing that you wish to drop a class. 

How do I transfer to a new class?

  • In your parent portal, click "Enrollments", then click "Transfer Enrollment"  and choose the class you wish to transfer to. A request to transfer will be sent to Royal Swim School to recieve approval. 

How do I enter payment information and make a payment?

  • In your parent portal, click on "Payments", then click on "Add Payment Info". After adding your payment information, click on "Make Payment".

When is my payment due?

  •  Payments must be made 10 days from the start of the class or by the 10th of the month. A $10 late fee will be charged to your account if payments are not made within the 10 day period. After 30 days, an additional $10 late fee will be charged to your account. After 45 days, you will be dropped from the class and still liable for payments. 

How many lessons do I recieve per month?

  • Group lesson prices are based on 4 classes per month for once per week, and 8 classes per month for twice per week. Monthly private lessons are based on 4 classes per month. In the event that the calender month allows for more than 4 or 8 classes, you will be given the extra classes as a bonus.

When will I be credited or prorated for a missed class due to closure?

  • In the event that Royal Swim School is closed, your account will be credited (or prorated if prior to payment) if the closure prohibits you from receiving all of the lessons that you have paid for (4 for once per week classes and private lessons, or 8 for twice per week classes).
