Welcome to our Aquajets Dryland page! Our program is specifically tailored for swimmers ages 9-18 seeking to improve their strength, power, and overall athleticism. The purpose of Aquajets’ dryland is to supplement training in the pool with sport-specific exercises and workouts that improve swimming performance. Swimmers participate in dryland two or three times per week, which gives our certified coaches an opportunity to teach proper form and execution of movements, with an emphasis on safety and technique, while developing:

  • Coordination
  • Core Stability
  • Overall Flexibility & Mobility
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Speed & Reactive Timing
  • Injury Prevention
  • Sports Nutrition
Dryland is a great opportunity to teach our younger swimmers how to properly exercise while getting our older swimmers ready for the training demands of collegiate competition. Our goal as a team is to make our athletes better out of the pool, so they can be stronger and faster in the pool.
