Online registration is available for RETURNING members & families whose swimmer has already had an evaluation. Due to COVID-19, training groups will be capped at a certain number of swimmers depending on pool location of that training group. If the group is full when you register, please choose the waitlist group and you will be contacted when space becomes available.

**** If you are new to Edina Swim Club, or if your swimmer has been out of the water since last winter, your swimmer should have an evaluation before registering, please contact the office to schedule an evaluation at [email protected]

  • If you do not already have a swim club account, you will be able to create one during registration.
  • Before you begin the registration process, login to your swim club account and verify the ROSTER GROUP for your swimmer(s). To find your swimmers roster group, login, click on My Account, then My Account again, on the right side of the screen you will see a tab called Members, scroll down and find Roster.   Don't worry about the other codes in your account, those will all be updated after you register. After you have verified the roster group, you can begin registration. This part applies to swimmers who have already been in club.
  • Dues are available to view in the dues charts listed on the Registration page of our website.
  • Once in registration, complete all fields and tabs including Guardians, Insurance/Emergency, USA Registration, etc. Some are under the account info (parent) and some under the swimmer info (member).
  • You are not registered until ALL fields are completed. Your email confirmation will show pending approval - the team administrator will approve your registration and your swimmer will be active.This is NOT instant, please be patient.
  • The links below are policies the Edina Swim Club has adopted and are Must Read documents by ATHELTES AND PARENTS. By registering, you have agreed that you have read them:

Registration Notes:
You will have the option to register your swimmer month to month starting in March, depending on group availability.

Waitlist Groups:
You will pay a $10 fee to be on our waitlist. Once there is a spot for your athlete, you will be contacted by our team administrator. If you opt to join, your athlete will be moved to the active roster and your credit card on file will be charged $15 for the balance of the registration fee along with the $72 USA Swimming registration fee. If you opt not to join once there is a spot for your athlete, the $10 you paid to be on the waitlist will be refunded to your credit card.

Non-waitlist Groups: You will pay a registration fee ($25) at registration along with the 2021 USA Swimming registration fee ($72) after your swimmers registration has been approved. These fees are non-refundable.

Important Billing Notes:

  • Payments to be made online by credit card, debit card, or checking account on the first of the month automatically (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
  • ACH payments (checking accounts) are highly encouraged as it will reduce the clubs fees for processing payments.
  • Any past due balances must be paid in full prior to registering for the new season.
  • There are no refunds after the first 2 weeks of joining unless due to a medical condition or job relocation.
