HIGH TIDES SWIM CLUB - COVID-19 DAILY PROCEDURES TO ENTER THE FACILITY

 
QUESTION   ACTION
In the last 24 hours, have you had a fever greater than 100° F? Yes or No

If YES:

Send swimmer home. Notify the Board of Directors (BOD) and parents that a swimmer was sent home due to a possible fever. 

 

In the past 72 hours, have you had any one of the following symptoms? 

  • Fever greater than 100° F

  • Cough

  • Difficulty Breathing (not due to pre-existing/chronic condition)

  • Sore Throat (not due to pre-existing/chronic condition)

  • Muscle Aches (not due to pre-existing/chronic condition)

  • Severe Fatigue

  • Nasal Congestion (different from pre-existing allergies)

  • Loss of Sense of Smell and/or Taste

Yes or No

If YES:

Send swimmer home. Notify BOD and parent’s that a swimmer was sent home due to possible illness.  

Recommend testing for COVID-19 and follow up with everyone once results are available. 

 
Does a member of your household have a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis? Yes or No

If YES:

Send swimmer home.  Notify BOD and parents that a swimmer was sent home.  

Determine when the swimmer was last in the pool and who they may have had close contact with.  

Call the MN Department of Health and seek guidance from Hutchinson School District on additional cleaning protocol required and possible closure of facilities.
