What is the difference between Short Course season (SC) and Long Course season (LC)?
Short Course Season: This season typically runs from the months of September through March 31st. All meets during this period are hosted in a type of competitive pool which measures 25 yards or 25 meters. Minnesota Championships are conducted in yards, which the majority of pools here in MN do.
Long Course Season: This season typically runs from April 1st through the end of August. The season is named because the MACs, MRCs and State meets are conducted in Long Course, 50 meter pools. During this season practice schedules for RSC swimmers change, as we need to use other facilities besides the Rec Center pool.

Our Team Unify website houses all of the important fuctions necessary to navigate your way through the admin side of being a swim parent. It stores member account information (contact and payment information), swimmer times, meet schedules and meet signup, job signup to earn service hours, team records, and other important team information.
Once you learn your way around the site, performing the various tasks will become second nature. To get you started, here are some helpful tutorials that explain many of the website functions.
