Additional Important Registration Information:

  • Club Policies – at registration you will be asked to review and acknowledge several NHCP Club policies. Please ensure that you have reviewed the Codes of Conduct with your swimmer and any adults in your household before 9/13/22.
  • Volunteer Commitment – please see “Volunteer Commitment Winter 2022/23 Session” information below. Families that opt out of fulfilling their volunteer requirement will be charged a $250 fee at the end of the session.
  • Multi-Swimmer Discount – families registering more than one swimmer per session will receive a 5% discount off total registration fees for all swimmers in that session.
  • Late Registration Fee - any swimmer registering after November 27, 2022 and/or part-way through a session will incur a 10% late fee (swimmers returning at the end of the high school swim season are exempt from this fee).
  • MSI Membership Fee – Swimmers must be registered annually with USA and Minnesota Swimming. These fees are typically paid in the fall for the following calendar year and are separate from our club registration dues (NHCP receives no part of these fees). The USA fee this year is $68.00 and the MSI fee is $8. These fees go directly to USA Swimming and MSI and include insurance coverage for our swimmers. Starting in fall 2022, USA Swimming has launched a website for families to register their swimmers directly with USA Swimming. The MSI registration for all swimmers will continue to be completed by the club and billed to your account. Any swimmers transferring in from another club are subject to a $5 MSI transfer fee.

Volunteer Commitment Winter 2022/23 Session:

NHCP is a volunteer ran organization. We say it often, and that is because it is true –  without our families stepping up to volunteer, we would not exist! The minimum volunteer commitment for Winter 2022/23 is as follows:

- NHCP is hosting a two day meet on January 28-29, 2023. All families who have a swimmer registered at this home meet are required to fill a minimum of one volunteer job at the meet.

-You will notice that the volunteer requirement is a minimum number of positions to fill. We often have other volunteer opportunities outside of our swim meets – these extra opportunities will be communicated by our volunteer coordinator.

-If you personally are unable to fulfill your volunteer commitment, don’t forget older siblings or active grandparents - they make great volunteers and can fill your place!

-Look for that information soon regarding winter volunteer positions from our Volunteer Coordinator.

-a reminder that all families opting out of fulfilling their volunteer requirement will be charged a $250 fee at the end of the session.
