Aqua Group:

This level is designed for the young swimmer who is familiar with all 4 competitive stokes, but is still inexperienced in competitive swimming. More emphasis is placed on learning more fundamentals of competitive swimming like starts and turns. This group may be split into Aqua I and Aqua II under the same coach swimming similar workouts and with the same focus.

Silver Group:

This group has more focus on the competitive swimmer who is at a level to start more endurance based workouts.
