Swimmers that are ready to move out of Prep Squad have 3 options, all Rochester Swim Club programs:

 
USA SWIM TEAM HOUSE LEAGUE SWIM TEAM DIVING
  • Year round swimming available
  • Monthly or annual payments available
  • Register by season:  Short course, Long course, Summer only
  • Swim at all USA swim meets that RSC attends and swimmer qualifies for
  • Registration fee ($150) plus $50 for team suit that is required.  Registration fee includes USAS registration, cap and t-shirt.
  • Year round swimming available
  • Sign up by session - the year is divided into 6 session options
  • Great option for the multi-sport athlete or multi-activity student
  • AAU registration fee built into the cost of the session
  • Mini meets held during each session in town
  • Upgrade fee is available for those swimmers that want to swim USA meets
  • Year round diving available
  • Sign up by session
  • Free to try and see if you enjoy it before registering
  • Practices are later, so you can swim and dive
  • Beginning and Advanced Diving offered
