Welcome to the Sea Devils Swimming Electronic Registration platform for our Fall 2022 / Winter 2023 season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and online registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim time histories, maintain your own contact information, view your invoices/payments at any time, and much more.   • A 5-part payment plan is available for full-season swimmers. The first payment will be due at the time of registration. The following 4 payments will be due on Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1 and Jan 1.
  • A 3-part payment plan is available for partial-season swimmers. The boys who participate in partial FALL season during off-season HS swimming will have payments due at the time of registration, then on Oct 1 and Nov 1. The girls who participate in the partial WINTER season during off-season HS swimming will have payments due at the time of registration, then on Dec 1 and Jan 1.
  • Masters- This group is for swimmers age 19 and over. $20 due at registration. Autopay is required and $45 will be deducted on the first of each month. 30 days written notice is required prior to cancelation.Swimmers are required to be a member of US Masters Swimming (USMS) which requires a separate registration and payment of $60. Masters swimmers register online using the "Masters Program Registration" link on the Sea Devils home page.
  • *Please note: This is not a "pay as you go" program. By registering for the Sea Devils, you are committing to completing the season and paying in full unless you provide the Parent Board of Directors with written request to withdraw within the first 2 weeks of practice
  • We are requiring that all families enroll in Auto-Pay! If you're currently signed up for Auto-Pay with our club, there is nothing more you'll need to do. If you need to sign up, you'll have the option to sign up during the registration process, or you can return to the site after you have registered and click on "Set up Auto-Pay" on the left-sided menu. Payment at registration and Auto-Pay setup are different...paying by credit/debit card at registration does NOT mean you have signed up for Auto-Pay! With auto-pay, you will be charged for the balance on your account on the 1st of each month. If the balance due is not paid in full by the 5th of each month, you will be assessed a $25 late fee. If there is no balance, you will be charged nothing. You may use a credit card, debit card or have your balance directly withdrawn from your banking account.
  • Multi-swimmer credits of 20% off the level-fee per child (after the first one) will be applied toward your account. When applicable, this credit will appear on your invoice prior to November 1. Partial-season swimmers are not eligible to receive this discount.
  • USA Swimming Fee REGISTRATION CHANGE: USA Swimming requires each athlete to purchase an annual membership. Each family will be  REQUIRED to register on the SWIMS platform to pay this fee directly to USA Swimming. ACCESS to the SWIMS platform will open to members SEPTEMBER 1, 2022. You will receive an emailed link to the Sea Devils SWIMS page to register your swimmer(s). This registration must be completed prior to attending practice.  Please note the fee is not new just the way payment is collected has changed.
  • Minnesota Swimming also collects an annual LSC athlete membership of $8. This fee will be paid at the time of registration. This fee was previously rolled in with the USA membership fee. It is not a new fee; it will now be shown separately at registration.
  • Transfer Swimmers: If you are new to our club and you have been registered with another swim club since January 1, 2022, you need to complete a Transfer Form and will be billed a $5 transfer fee for USA Swimming. When applicable, this charge will appear on your invoice in October or November. Please click HERE to access and print a form for each transfer swimmer and bring it to the pool on the first day of practice.
  • Please READ CAREFULLY when choosing your registration group! The groups are divided by group/level and limited partial season choices. We want you to choose the correct option! Please sign up your swimmer for the SAME level/group that they were in last season unless you have been instructed by one of the coaches to do otherwise.

Returning Swimmers from the MOST RECENT SPRING/SUMMER SEASON: Register between August 2 and August 13. PRIORITY PLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU IF YOU SIGN UP BEFORE August 10.

Returning Swimmers from the PREVIOUS SEASONS: Register between August 7 and August 13.

All new Sea Devils swimmers must attend New Swimmer Assessments at the STMA Middle School East Pool 5:30 - 7:00 on August 16, 2022. Group assignments and registration will be August 17 thru August 21 for New Swimmers. (must have PRIOR approval from the coaches).

Wait Listed swimmers will be contacted as space allows August 23; registration for wait listed swimmers will be August 23-24.

There will be an important ONLINE Zoom Parent Meeting for all swim families on Wednesday September 7th at 7pm . Elsmore Aquatics has equipment available via online sales. You can view a list of required equipment HERE.

Season Dates:

Full Season and Boys Partial Swimmers season starts Monday, September 12.

Full season swimmers swim through their last meet participated in March.

Boys Partial season ends November 23.

Girls Partial Season November 28 through last meet participated in March.
