Video Lesson Package

Coach Raz consults with swimmers and parents and provides one-on-one instruction to improve a swimmer’s skill, mindset, technique (including starts, turns and finishes), speed, and race strategy.

A video session captures the stroke analysis and then Coach Raz meets with parents and swimmer to break down swim technique into actionable components. Swimmers receive video footage and feedback via the Midwest Aquatic Club Team Unify web site. Coach Raz encourages swimmers to submit additional swim meet video for analysis to ensure long term progression.

MAC Blue Lesson Package

In this introductory lesson, the swimmer and at least one parent meet with Coach Raz for a 30 minute session. Focus is on the swimmers background, current and future goals and experience in the sport of swimming.

Coach Raz and the swimmer will meet for an “in water” session for 90 minutes. This will include technique work, videotaping, feedback and skill repetition on the feedback provided.

Swimmer and parent have a 30-minute follow-up meeting with Coach to review the session and create an action plan to make sure the long-term changes are absorbed.

MAC Red Lesson Package with Video Analysis

For swimmers who have met with Coach Raz and are seeking a more in-depth appraisal, swimmers can submit video of swim meet races. Coach Raz will analyze the competition footage meet with the swimmer ad parent for 30 minutes to discuss the race strategy, technique and any other feedback that will improve the swimmers race. Feedback on the process on how to improve those skills and race strategies will be provided to the swimmer in this session.
