Midwest Aquatic Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of Midwest Aquatic to offer age-specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.
All practices are held at Webster University.

Professional private lessons for competitive swimmers, master swimmers, and triathletes are available on request.
Red Group
Swimmers age 12 & under will train for aerobic endurance with a focus on technique development. Competition at swim meets is expected in this group. Workout Days/Times are subject to change. Please talk to Coach Raz about individual expectations for each of your swimmer.
2022-23 Tentative Practice Schedule:
Monday's -7:30-8:45 pm
Wednesday's - 7:30-8:45 pm
Thursday's - 6:00-7:00 am (11-12 option)
Saturday's- 10:00-11:15 am
*Note - There is a possibility of a Friday evening or Sunday practices. These times will communicated on a monthly basis.

Blue Group
The minimum age for entry into this group is 13 years old. Athletes entering this group will train on a committed basis. Athletes entering the Blue group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level with the goal of competing at the highest individual level, making Junior National cuts, and being a future college swimmer. Workout Days/Times are subject to change. Please talk to Coach Raz about your individual expectations and goals. There is a place for everyone on the MAC team.
