Welcome to the Aqua Gems Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

The season will begin on Monday, September 12, 2022 and run through the end of March, 2023.  Our practices will be available at Warwick Valley High School. Practices will be Monday through Thursday evenings.  The exact days and hours available to each group will be determined once we have determined the number of swimmers for each group.  Feeders and Group 1 are 60 minute practices, Group 2 are 90 minute practices and Groups 3 and 4 are 120 minute practices.

All swimmers must provide their own gear to include goggles, kick boards, snorkels etc.  No sharing of equipment is allowed.

Due to the time it takes to post payments you will now be required to pay via credit card at time of registration. Each account also must have a credit card on file to pay the monthly bill. There will be an option to pay an installment plan or a one-time charge.  You will receive a discount for paying the full fee at time of registration.  Payment option details are listed below.

A reminder - all accounts must be paid up to date before swimmers can start the next session so please pay your past due balances ASAP. Any past due balances will be added to your bill and are due at time of registration for the 2022-2023 season.

Some notes on the registration process:

- You will be asked to choose a group for each swimmer. There is a definition for each group when you reach that point. Any new swimmers to the team will be assessed during the first week of practice and can be adjusted as needed.  We can adjust the billing later to reflect the correct group if necessary. Swimmers who are promoted to a higher level by 12/1 will be billed on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the season.

- IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE SWIMMER please be careful. After adding the first you will be placed on the bottom of a page with a continue button. Do not click on this if you need to add another swimmer. Go to the top of this page and use the add member button.

Returning members: If you have an account do not create a new one. Email us so we can send you login instructions. If you have changed email addresses please let us know so we can edit the existing account and get you access.

Volunteer hours – previously each family was responsible for working 6 sessions (a morning or afternoon) at the meets we host. For now this requirement has been suspended. We may still require volunteer assistance as our team is not-for-profit and may send out requests as the season progresses.

USA Swimming has changed the registration process. Parents will need to register their swimmers directly with USA Swimming. This is scheduled to be available in September.  We will provide more details as they become available.

DISCOUNTS!! Family Discount - 10% if you have more than one swimmer. Multi-swimmer discount applied at registration.

Varsity Discount - 10% for swimmers who participate in a varsity program. This will be applied and adjusted after registration.  This discount will only be applied for all swimmers who register prior to October 1, 2022.
