2020-2021 Empire Swim Team Registration


Welcome to the Empire Swimming Electronic Registration platform for our 2020-2021 swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and online registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

This year, our capacity will be constrained by social distancing protocols and so our team will be significantly smaller than in previous years. Registration will be open through Saturday, September 12th and then will close to give our coaching staff time to review and evaluate registrations to determine pool space and team placement. 


At registration, you will be asked to select a practice group and preferred location, and you will be charged your swimmer's annual USA Swimming/team registration fee, but your swimmer will be placed in a "waiting for approval group" until their team placement is reviewed and approved by the Empire coaching staff. Once approved, your swimmer's team fees will be charged to your team account. If your preferred site is full, we will email you to discuss other site options if available. If your registration is not approved, we will refund the registration fee and place your swimmer on a "wait list" for future consideration when more pool space becomes available to us. 

Empire fees are for a full season, and you have the option to pay your team fees in full, or choose a five-payment plan.  All team fees are non-refundable. If you elect to pay via the payment plan, the first payment will be charged at registration, and subsequent payments are due on the first of the next four months following registration.  If you choose to pay via a payment plan, please note that there is a one-time $100 fee per family to set up the plan that will be charged with the first payment.  Unfortunately, due to the limited space available in the pool, we are not able to offer our normal multi-swimmer discount this season.

All meet fees will be billed to your TeamUnify account on a monthly basis, after entries are finalized and can be paid by check, or electronically via credit card or e-check.  If you set up a credit card or ACH bank account in your payment setup, your account will automatically be charged for your account balance on the first of the month. If you select "manual pay" you will need to mail in a check, or you can make an on-demand credit card payment on your balance at any time.   Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 2.95% plus $0.30 per transaction convenience fee -- the exact amount of which you will be able to review prior to checkout and in your monthly account Billing Summary.  

 All new swimmers (not previously on Empire team) must attend a try-out or contact Ilan Noach at [email protected] prior to registration.
