Code of Conduct

Behavior FOR ALL MEMBERS:

• Freedom Aquatics members’ will conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. This includes, but is not limited to practices, meets, team events, locker rooms, changing areas, etc.

• Members will be respectful of others, including coaches, teammates and facility employees. Bullying or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

• The use of social media to in any way disparage, demean or harm any person is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of the rules above will result in disciplinary action as determined by Head Coach. The Head Coach will render a penalty after conferring with the Parent Committee and Freedom Aquatics Management. After taking into consideration the severity of a violation, possible disciplinary action may include demotion from the individual’s group,  suspension, revocation of meet privileges and possible expulsion from the team. If an individual’s actions cause them to be expelled from the team a refund of any swim fees will not be provided.
