Mission:  Metropolitan Swimming shall promote, develop and improve competitive swimming through education, support and opportunities for participation to a diverse swimming community.

  • Metro may waive entry fees & facility surcharge for registered outreach swimmers. Coaches should contact Lamar DeCasseress - [email protected] and identify registered swimmers who they wish considered for waiver of fees when submitting meet entries.

DISABILITY SWIMMERS - 

  • Swimmers with disabilities are encouraged to attend. Contact Kate Hallex - [email protected] if you need special consideration. 
  • The athlete or the athlete's coach is also responsibile for notifying the Meet Referee of any disability prior to the competition so that all appropriate accomodations can be made. 
  • Qualification standards for this meet will be the USA Swimming Para Sectional Time Standards.

  • Senior Mets is an OQM (Officials' Qualifying Meet) open to all certified officials within Metro and to all certified officials from other LSCs. The meet is not open to apprentice officials. All those wishing to officiate at the meet must sign up via the link above.
  • Those seeking to be evaluated should indicate that when signing up for the meet, and they must also fill out and send to Mark Amodio ([email protected]) the request for national evaluation form that can be found here: USA Swimming National Certification Evaluation Form
  • All requests for evaluations must be received by July 1, 2022

DEADLINES - 

  • OME closes Monday, July 4, 2022 at 11:59 PM
  • Preliminary psych sheets will be posted Tuesday, July 5, 2022 by 12:00 PM
  • Corrections due by Friday, July 8, 2022 at 12:00 PM
  • New first time qualfying times due by Monday, July 11, 2022 at 6:00 PM
