Clubs and Families - Reimbursement reminders 1) All receipts must be included with the request for reimbursement. Travel, housing and food are only reimbursable for the athlete not for family members or coaches. Meal receipts must be detailed and only 1 meal per receipt is acceptable. Kevin Storrs - Head Coach of Nothern Dutchess Aquatic Club, has been recently diagnosed with 3rd stage pancreatic cancer. It’s been quite a blow. His treatment has already started, we are all keeping our fingers crossed but it is a very aggressive form of the cancer. A Go Fund Me page has been created for him and his family.
