Families must provide documentation to support a Special Circumstance Refund. As long as you maintain a valid credit or debit card on file, your payments will never be late. You will not be able to register for swim meets unless you have a valid credit or debit card on file. You will receive an email if your credit or debit card is denied when automatic payments on the 1st of the month are processed. You have until the 15th of the month to resolve it. Accounts must be current by the 15th of the month or you will be charged a $5 late fee. If your account is delinquent/unpaid a 2nd time during the season, a late fee of $25 will be charged. If your account is unpaid a 3rd time during the season, the late fee is $50, for the 4th time the fee is $75 (and so on). Please maintain a valid credit or debit card on file to avoid paying late fees. |
NDAC PARENT WORK REQUIREMENTS NDAC recognizes that families are incredibly busy and we try to keep mandatory participation requirements for our fundraising efforts to a minimum. It is important that all NDAC families contribute to these efforts. Our two main fundraisers that require mandatory participation are:
In addition to Winter Festival, NDAC also hosts a few Invitational and Dual Meets at Bard each SC Season. These meets are one session long. Our swim meets are run completely by parent volunteers. We ask that each family provide one worker for each NDAC-hosted meet. The jobs will be available as part of the meet information on the Meets page. There are many ways in which you can help. We look forward to everyone participating in the NDAC family! |
