NDAC PRACTICE GROUPS

Northern Dutchess Aquatic Club offers training and practice groups for competitive swimmers of all ages and ability levels.

From our Pre-Team for new swimmers aged 5+ to our Group 4 graduating Seniors, NDAC's Coaches work to bring out the full potential of every swimmer.

NDAC Swimmers practice with their Practice Groups, arranged by both age and swim level.

Our training is geared towards challenging and developing each individual swimmer to the best of his or her abilities.

All NDAC Practices are at Bard College's Stevenson Athletic Center Pool.

See the Practice Schedules page for practice times for each group.
