FROM POINTS SOUTH:
New York State Thruway to Exit 19 (Kingston), take Rte. 209 (changes to Rte. 199 atthe Hudson River) over the Rhinecliff Bridge to Rte. 9G North, turn left onto Rte. 9G and drive north 3.5 miles- at the light, turn left onto Annandale Rd.– college is 1 mile north.

FROM ROUTE 84:
Take Exit 7S (Route 300 South / Union Ave South / I-87 /Thruway) At end of ramp turn right onto Route 300 South. You'll be on Route 300 South for 4.6 miles. Go straight on Route 300 South until the road ends at an intersection and a traffic light (approx 2 miles). Turn Left which continues Route 300 South (approx 2 miles). Stay on the main road (after several hundred feet it bends to the right). Just after you pass Blockbuster Videos on the left, there is a five-way intersection with a stop light. At the intersection turn right onto Route 94 West. Go 1.1 miles to the intersection of Mount Airy Road (the road sign is on the right). Turn left into Cornwall Central High School.
SCENTIC ROUTE FROM I-84 (West Bound):
Take exit 10S (Route 32 and Route 9W) At end of ramp, turn right and merge onto Route 32. Quickly get into middle lane which will turn RIGHT. At the 9W intersection and traffic light, turn right onto Route 9W south. You will now be in the left lane. In about 100 feet is another traffic light, which to the left is the entrance to the Newburgh Beacon Bridge. DON'T turn left. Stay in this lane through the traffic light, then quickly shift one lane to the left. In about 200 feet is another traffic light. Turn left here onto North Plank Road. This road has many names and you will be on it for 3.9 miles. The names are North Plank Road, North Street, Leroy Place, Water Street, South Water Street, and River Road. The first five are also called Marine Drive. For much of this distance the Hudson River can be seen on the left. When the road becomes Water Street and the railroad tracks are seen on the left all most any left hand turn will take you to one of many excellent restaurants. The restaurants are right on the river. There are also nice walk ways along the river. Continue on the main road until you cross over Route 9W. This road will bend to the left, BUT YOU WILL GO STRAIGHT onto Blooming Grove Turnpike (for .6 miles). This road ends at a stop sign. Go straight which merges onto Route 94 West. Continue on this road for 1.7 miles. You will see the Vails Gate Fire House on the right, as you approach a five-corners intersection with a traffic light. At this intersection your choices are left, right, and straight. You want to go straight through. Go 1.1 miles to the intersection of Mount Airy Road (the road sign is on the right). Turn left into Cornwall Central High School.

- Via New York State Thruway (I-87) south (it becomes Major Deegan Expressway) to Van Cortlandt Park South exit. Follow directions from the Major Deegan Expressway.
- Via Saw Mill River Parkway south (it becomes Henry Hudson Parkway) to Mosholu Parkway exit. Follow directions from the Henry Hudson Parkway (below).
- Via Bronx River Parkway south to Gun Hill Road exit. Make a right from exit ramp and take Gun Hill Road West to Jerome Avenue. Turn left onto Jerome, following the elevated subway line above to W. 205 Street. Turn right, and proceed two short blocks to Goulden Avenue. Make a left onto Goulden Avenue and proceed one block. Campus is on the left.
- From the Henry Hudson Parkway
Exit at Mosholu Parkway. Proceed on long exit ramp. At the second traffic light, before subway underpass, turn right onto Paul Avenue for two long blocks. At Bedford Park Boulevard, turn right and then left onto Goulden Avenue. The parking lots are on your right.
Marist College
The college is located in Poughkeepsie about 15 miles north of Interstate 84 on the west side of Route 9. Turn left onto the southern entrance (first entrance from the south) of the college. Make the first left to the McCann Center. The pool is in the center on the first floor. Swimmers should enter the pool area through the locker rooms.

FROM INTERSTATE 84 EAST/WEST:
Take Rt. 84 to exit 4W (Route 17 West). Route 17 West to exit 120. At the end of ramp, make a left onto Route 211 West. Stay in middle lane. Go approximately 1-1/2 miles and turn left onto Wisner Avenue (Gas station on right before you turn.) Go to the first stop sign and turn left onto Gardner Avenue Ext. which goes into the school lower parking lot. The pool area entrance is in the corner of the building closest to the football field. As you enter that entrance, walk down the hall, turn left at the end of hallway. The pool area is to the right beyond the hallway bathrooms.
FROM RT. 17 EAST/WEST:

Rt 84 Across the Beacon Newburgh Bridge to exit 7 (follow signs to Stewart Airport) Rt #300 to the intersection of Rt 207. Left at Rt207. Union Ave.
is either the 2nd or third Traffic light. You can make a left only onto Union ( county rd 69). The YWCA is about 1/4 mile on your right.

From 84E: Exit 10, right onto 9W South (Robinson Ave.), right on South St. NFA will be on your right.
Orange County Community College

Take I-84 to exit 3W. At the end of the ramp, turn RIGHT (North) onto US-6 [SR-17M] which becomes Dolson Avenue for appx 1.4 milles. Turn LEFT onto Bennett St (there is a gas station on the corner) for 0.2 miles. At the end of Bennett St., turn left onto South Street. Go about 0.1 miles and turn right onto E. Conkling Ave. The Physical Education Building will be on your left. There is a parking lot on the left towards the end of E. Conkling Ave.

Take NY State Thruway to Exit 14B (Airmont). Turn on Airmont Road (right if coming from south and left if coming from north), which becomes Highview Road. Turn left at 4th stop-light, onto College Road. Follow College Road and turn left onto Campus at main entrance.

FROM NORTH OR SOUTH:
Take NYS Thruway (I-87) to exit 18. From Exit 18, turn left at the traffic light after toll booth. Turn left at the third traffic light onto South Manheim Boulevard (Rt. 32 South). Continue on Route 32 South to Southside Loop. Turn right onto Southside Loop and continue through the first stop sign to the end. Turn right onto South Rd. Pass the Athletic and Wellness Center on your left and turn left at the stop sign. Parking will be on the right. Enter through the main entrance of the Athletic and Wellness Center.
FROM MID-HUDSON BRIDGE:
Turn right onto Route 9W north. Proceed 2 3/4 miles to traffic light at intersection with Route 299. Turn left onto 299 and proceed approximately six miles to New Paltz. Turn left onto South Manheim Boulevard (Rt. 32 South). Continue on Route 32 South to Southside Loop. Turn right onto Southside Loop and continue through the first stop sign to the end. Turn right onto South Rd. Pass the Athletic and Wellness Center on your left and turn left at the stop sign. Parking will be on the right. Enter through the main entrance of the Athletic and Wellness Center.

FROM EAST OR WEST:
Take I-84 to exit 5 (Maybrook). Get off at exit 5 and turn onto route 208 north. Proceed about 1.2 miles and turn left onto Route 17K West. Once on 17K, proceed about 1.0 mile to Valley Central High School on the left.
