COVID-19 safety protocols and waiver documents are below. 

ASC Safety Protocols

The full document containing ASC's Safety Protocols is here. Swimmers and parents may be asked the questions in the document. Please familiarize yourself with the document and ensure all swimmers and family members follow it's protocols as required. 

USA Swimming Waiver

All families must complete the USA Swimming waiver. It has been converted to a Google Form and can be completed at this link.

Anne Arundel County Aquatics Waiver

All families must complete this waiver one time for the Riva pool and each day at the North pool. The linked document is here .
