2022/2023 Meet Schedule - Subject to Change!

It includes the dates of all the meets, eligible practice groups/times needed (Novice, River, Sea etc.), their sign-up deadline, and location. Meets may be added by the head coach, meets also may be taken off the schedule, depending on what is needed throughout the season.

Meet deadlines are crucial to us being able to get into them!!!  Each meet is different as to when they start accepting entries, some are weeks before (4 +), some are months before (those are usually big meets). The demand for swim meets is very high, there are only so many pools, and you can only have so many swimmers in each session to stay within the 4 hour USA rule. We need to get our teams entries into the meets we have on the schedule ASAP once they start taking them, otherwise we can get shut out of the meet. These deadlines may change to an earlier date then posted once meet information is given to us, and some may be pushed later.  Once the deadline for sign-up has passed, the meet is locked and we can no longer get your swimmers in, even if it was only by a few hours.

All meets have an initial number of swimmers that we are allowed to bring. We will submit the initial number of swimmers allowed, going by who signed up first (looking at timestamps if we have to), and then go from there.
