NYSA will be co-hosting 3 invitational meets and one championship meet with Viking Aquatic Club for the SC Season.  It is imperative to our team to host these events.  These meets help to raise funds to deflect the some of the costs the team incurs.  Please be sure to sign up and volunteer at these very important team events!

Please register your child as soon as possible for open meets.  Some meets have no events posted, but you can declare your intention to attend.  Some meets have a limit to how many swimmers can attend for each team, or capacity limits at the facilities.  All meets will be posted for declaration by Friday, July 29.

OCTOBER MEETS:

NYSA Distance Carnival @ GAC (10/1-10/2)

We encourage all swimmers from our Silver/Gold/Senior groups to participate in this meet!  This will be a 2 session meet with opportunities to swim the 200, 500, 1000, 1650 Freestyle, as well as the 200 and 400 IM.  Please remember all NYSA swimmers must complete their IMR/IMX requirements each year (CLICK HERE to view IMR/IMX program), this is a great way to get some of those events out of the way!

Chappy Big Race @ NCAC (10/22-10/23)

This meet is for qualifiers only.  This meet is recommended for Silver/Gold/Senior swimmers.

VOLUNTEER HOURS

Thank you to all our parents who continue to support NYSA at our team events!  Please note each family is obligated to fulfill hours for the short course season outlined in the chart below.  All hours must be completed by April 1, 2023.  Each family completes hours listed for the highest group level you have a child enrolled in; you do not combine the hours for each group your children are registered for.
