The administration of all Club operations is conducted by the following volunteer individuals.  Executive Board Members service for two-year terms. The year of re-election is indicated in the parentheses.


President (2023) – Holly Russell

Presides at all Board and Membership Meetings, serves on Budget Development and Coach’s Contract Committees, coordinates the work of the officers and committees and collects overdue fees.


Vice President (2024) – Rob Threlkeld

Serves as safety chair, collects overdue fees, and is responsible for publicity and overall promotion of the club.


Secretary (2023) – Tammy Baase

Maintains minutes of all Board and Membership Meetings, and maintains family folders.  Deals with club email correspondence, serves as club historian and is Safe Sport Coordinator.


Treasurer (2024) – Chet Ricker

Works with Business Manager to report on club finances, distributes and collects money at meets. Serves on Budget Committee, presents the budget at Board and GM Meetings.


Sponsorship/Fundraising Coordinator (2024) – Traci Vrana

In charge of all fundraising and sponsorship opportunities for USSC and is the leader for the Fundraising Committee.  Keeps record of family fundraising accounts and is the liaison between USSC and our sponsors.


Aquatics Director – Erica Thomas

Responsible for the development and implementation of the aquatic program including serving as head coach, securing practice pool time, setting practice and meet schedule. Will also submit insurance certificates to practice pool.
