Meet registration recon is done by Susan Huckeby. Email Susan a Meet Manager back-up of your meet as soon as registratiuon closes. If late entrie are accepted, email Susan a second updated Meet Manager back-up file to check the registration of all athletes entered in the meet.
Times recon is done by Susan Huckeby. For meets needing times verified or proof of time verified, email a Meet Manager back-up to Susan as soon as registration for your meet closes.
Records Chair is Sean Marshall. You may email Sean at [email protected]. Sean is responsible for updating and maintaining all information regarding swim time records. If you believe you have set a new Montana Record during a meet, contact Sean and file the appropriate forms with her.
