OLATHE OTTERS SWIM TEAM

Olathe Parks & Rec is offering an evening short course swim team opportunity for residents on the West Side of Olathe, the Otters Swim Team!

The Otters is a recreational program that will teach athletes skill and technique and works on speed and endurance while providing a fun, safe and team-oriented environment. The coaching staff is dedicated to the swimmers’ development, and encourages hard work and a positive attitude at practice, in the water and out.

This program is not a substitute for swim lessons. To join the team, swimmers should be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle unassisted with their face in the water and without touching the bottom. To be eligible, your child must be between 5 and 18 years old as of June 1, 2021.
