COOL PRACTICE SCHEDULE

One of the benefits of joining COOL is the variety and flexibility we offer for practice. While practice is held six days a week for most ability levels, you do not have to attend every practice. You can pick and choose what works best for your schedule. However, the following recommendations are in place if your swimmer desires to improve.

White group: 3 times/week
Orange group: 3-4 times/week
Blue group: 4 times/week
Lightning group: 5-6 times/week
High School group: 5 times/week
High School Advanced & Elite: 6-8 times/week

Below you will find a "typical" weekly schedule. Please check the team calendar for the most accurate and up-to-date information! This schedule is here to give you a general idea of when and where we typically offer practice throughout the school year.
