Practice Times:  We practice MWF from 4:30-6:00PM and Tu/Th from 6:45 to 8:00pm, 

Swim Levels:  We have a Novice level that meets in two groups:  Novice 1 that meets from 4:40-5:15 MWF and a Novice 2 that meets from 5:15-6:00PM.  Both Novice 1 and 2 ont Tuesdsay and Thursday meet at the same time 6:45-7:45PM.  Bronze, for swimmers that can swim all 4 strokes and can dive and turn legally meet MWF from 4:30-6:00PM and Tu/Th from 6:45 to 8:00pm.  Silver and Gold for more proficient swimmers meet from 4:30-6:00PM and Tu/Th from 6:45 to 8:00pm.

Tryouts:  Tryouts are held during any practice session.  Swimmers must be able to swim one length (25 yards) of freestyle amd backstroke.  On freestyle the swimmer must have a level of rotary breathing.
