Our swim program is divided into five total levels.  Levels 1-4 are geared toward teaching swimmers to be relaxed, confident and happy in the water.  As the levels progress, students will learn the basic skills of freestyle, backstroke, flutter kick, streamline, and introduce breaststroke and butterfly kick.  Level 5 or "Team Prep" incorporate all the skills learned and is focused on building the swimmer's endurance in order to "prep" them to be a part of our competitive swim team by swimming longer distances (25 and 50 yards) at a time.
