Congratulations to Natalya Woods for being selected to participate in the 2021 National Diversity Select Camp. The athletes, who come from diverse backgrounds and under-represented populations, will have the opportunity to participate in a one-of-a-kind swimming experience. We had 11 swimmers compete at the Sectional meet in Jenks, OK this past weekend. Our swimmers achieved 35 personal best times and leading the way was Tommy Palmer. Tommy achieved an “Olympic Trials” cut in his 50 free on Sunday, which was the highlight of the meet. Tommy swam a 23.15 in prelims to get under the cut of 23.19. He swam a little faster in finals(23.10) to earn a second place finish. Tommy was also first in his 100 Free and 200 Free, 4th in the 400 free...

The 2016 Olympic Trials Cuts were announced today by USA Swimming. Click Here to view the time standards. The trials will once again be held in Omaha from Sunday, June 26th, 2016 through Sunday, July 3rd, 2016. Set your goals now to participate in one of the most exciting meets possible. Congratulations goes out to Ashley Pales for already earning her qualifying time in the 200 breast. She is the only currently the only female swimmer in Nebraska already earning her trip to Omaha!

USA Swimming recognizes its members who excel both in the classroom and in the pool. The Scholastic All-America Team is made up of high school student-athletes who have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and who have achieved the required time standard in a single event. To be eligible for this recognition, swimmers must have completed 10th, 11th or 12th grade and must be a USA Swimming athlete member at the time of the swim and at the time of the application.
