Welcome to the Blues Aquatics Asheville Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Online registration is the only way to confirm your swimmer’s placement with Blues Aquatics Asheville. Completion of online registration indicates that you understand and agree to all financial policies and other team policies. Completing the Online Registration indicates that parents and athletes agree to all team policies and procedures.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Navigate to www.bluesaquatics.com. 
  2. Make sure you have read the 2021-2022 Blues Aquatics Asheville Team Handbook for all of our team's most updated policies and procedures. 
  3. Click “Register Here”
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the link, and complete the Online registration form.
  5. Please verify all account information is up to date if you are re-registering.  This includes your account information as well as suit, shirt, and warm-up sizes.
    1. There are no refunds or exchanges for entering incorrect sizes. 
  6. Monthly Payment Plan members will be charged the registration fee and the first month of membership at checkout. On Sept 1st, monthly payment plan members will NOT be billed. . 
  7. Bulk Payment members should click "Pay by Check" at the end of the process and submit a check for payment. 
    1. Please make checks out to "Asheville School."
    2. Mail Checks to Blues Aquatics Asheville, ATTN Sarah Bednar, 360 Asheville School Rd. Asheville NC 28806. 
    3. Checks may also be submitted to Coach Charlie at practice. 
  8. Demand for the team for the upcoming 2021-2022 year is high. We will be limiting space and creating a waitlist when all registration spots are full. Make sure you get signed up early!

KEY DATES

  • Registration for Returning Members: Open 12th - 19th
  • Registration for New and Returning Members: Begins July 19th.
  • Parent Zoom Meeting: August 30th, 6 pm 
  • Bulk payment options are due by August 30th. This is non-refundable and includes a discount for the year. This should be paid with a check. International athletes should pay with a CC via our online registration system. 
  • Required Documents for Membership: Due September 1st. 
  • Officiating Course: September 14th in the Hunt Room at the Asheville School. NEW OFFICIATING INCENTIVE!  
  • Short Course Meet Withdrawal Deadline: September 15th
  • Long Course Meet Withdrawal Deadline: April 15th
  • First Meet: 9/25-9/26 at the Asheville School!
