The Mecklenburg Swim Association offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Mecklenburg Swim Association to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of their abilities.

Description: A beginning level designed to start young swimmers into the sport of swimming emphasizing stroke techniques.

: A beginning level practice group that emphasizes stroke and turn techniques.

Description
: Advanced level practice group for younger swimmers that continues to build upon previous conditioning techniques.

: An intermediate level practice group that introduces swimmers to conditioning techniques.

| Advanced Silver Description: Advanced level practice group that continues to build upon previous conditioning techniques. |
| Gold Description: Proves more advanced young swimmers opportunity to improve stroke and turn techniques and swim conditioning. |
| Advanced Age Group Description: Provides the opportunity for more advanced age group to prepare for senior level swimming. |
| Diamond Description: Designed for beginning level 13 & Overs to practice and improve. |

: Provides primarily 13-14 ages an opportunity to practice and improve to prepare for Senior level swimming.
