Enfinity Aquatics takes great pride in training young swimmers to love the sport and have fun.  Our Blue Group is EAC's way to develop proper technique while building confidence and endurance.  Below are the descriptions of each group to help decide which best fits your swimmer.

BLUE SKY  

Focus:  This swimmer has a desier to learn more about the sport of swimming.  This group will use drills and demostrations to teach technique and build solid habits.  After a period of technique and training, a sky swimmer will also be introduce longer lap swim distances (2 lengths) to build endurance.  Our coaches will also begin to implement starts, turns, and breathing patterns. 

Coaches will be on deck and and in the water for demostrations during practice to make sure skills are being perfected as the swimmer progresses.

Suggested Age: 4-8 years old. **Swimming comes to everyone at a different pace.  It is not uncommon to see swimmers under and over the age range attend Sky practices.  Enfinity works to safely move swimmers along their “path” so that they train in the group that most appropriately fits their age and skill level**

Skill requirements to enter the group: Must be able to swim one length of the pool in Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke.

Practice Offerings: 45 min practices offered 3 days per week.  Local meets within the Triad are encouraged but optional (and require a separate fee as well as membership with USA Swimming - don't worry, we will help you with that part!)

BLUE MARINE

Focus: Marine is intended for swimmers who show an interest in competitive swimming, and are take their skills to the next level.  This group is focused on fine tuning technique, building speed/endurance, and developing leadership skills.  Practices will focus on four competitive strokes as well as starts, turns and group goal setting.

Coaches in this group will be on the pool deck as they offer feedback and instruction to the swimmers. Will only be in the water for demostrations of advance technique.

Suggested Age: 7-12 years old **Swimming comes to everyone at a different pace.  It is not uncommon to see swimmers under and over the age range attend Sky practices.  Enfinity works to safely move swimmers along their “path” so that they train in the group that most appropriately fits their age and skill level**

Skill requirements to enter the group All strokes must be legal.  Must be able to swim 50 yards of Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke, as well as a 25 yard Butterfly.  Must be able to legally swim a 100 Individual Meldley. As well be able  to dive from blocks, flips turns (front and back).

Practice Offerings: 60 minute practices offered up to 4 days per week.  Local meets within the Triad are  strongly encouraged but optional (and require a separate fee as well as membership with USA Swimming - don't worry, we will help you with that part!)

BLUE ROYAL

Focus: Royal is intended for skills through hard work, that is interest at competing at the next level. This group is focused on building speed and endurance, and teaching advanced techinque.  Practices will focus on all four competitive strokes, advanced starts and turns, advanced balance techniques, race strategy, and group goal setting.

Coaches in this group will be only on the pool deck as they offer feedback and instruction to the swimmers.

Suggested Age: 9-13 years old **Swimming comes to everyone at a different pace.  It is not uncommon to see swimmers under and over the age range attend Sky practices.  Enfinity works to safely move swimmers along their “path” so that they train in the group that most appropriately fits their age and skill level**

Skill requirement to enter the group: Must be able to swim 200 yards of Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke.  The swimmer must be able to complete 50 yards of Butterfly and legally be able to peform a 100 IM.  The Royal swimmer must be able to dive from blocks, flips turns (front and back), 

Practice Offerings: 60-75 minutes practices offered up to 5 days per week.  Local meets within the triad are strongly encouraged but optional (and require a separate fee as well as membership with USA Swimming - don't worry, we will help you with that part!)
