There are two ways to volunteer for Swim GSA and receive community service hours. You can volunteer through our hosted meets and our involvement in community service. Anyone can volunteer, spread the word!

Swim GSA Hosted Meets

All Swim GSA hosted swim meets are held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center, 1921 W. Gate City Blvd. Volunteer lane timers are needed at each meet. Timers work in pairs and use stopwatches to record back-up times for each swimmer. Sessions generally last four hours, hospitality and parking passes are provided. Timers should wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to get splashed. Please use the links provided below to sign up for a hosted swim meet.

January Jump Start Swim Meet – This four-day meet starts at 5:00 PM on Friday, January 18th, and concludes Monday morning, January 21st. Don’t miss out on our largest swim meet of the year. There are multiple volunteer opportunities for all sessions and you can sign up for as many sessions as possible. Use the following link to volunteer today.
