The founder and owner of King Triton Aquatic Club will serve as the Head Coach for King Triton Aquatic Club. Lapham is also the Head Coach & Aquatic Director at Salem College. Lapham is a member of American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA), International Swim Coaches Association (ISCA),National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association (NISCA), College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) and USA Swimming. Lapham also holds a CPO, Lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor Certification.
Coach Lapham is a former coach at Swim Atlanta, recognized traditionally as a USA Swimming Top-5 team, Lapham coached: Masters, Senior AM, Senior I-3 and Advanced Age Group. Under the guidance of Swim Atlantas very own Landon Harris, thanks to his mentorship she had the honor of working with some of USA Swimming's most elite coaches & swimmers as an assistant with the Junior National Team. Lapham career coaching record speak for themself but the proof is in the water from Hondorus Nationals to Olympic Trial Qualifers. In additon she had coached swimmers that have gone on to swim Division I,II across the ACC & SEC. Jack Aikins (UVA) Olympic Trial Qualifier, Sheridan Schreiber (UOI) Olympic Trial Qualifier, Lleyton Smith (AU) Olympic Trial Qualifier, Ana Lopez (CU) Hondorus Nationals, Jake Taulbee (CS), Alex Gonzalez (CU,) Abby Grottle (Texas A & M), Ben Grottle (UC), Wilson Dubois (UM), Lauren Jonsson (UWF), Ashley Cesairo (GW) , Griffin Egolf (GW), Carolina Aikens (UGA), and Brett Sasser (FAU) just to name a few! Lapham stays connected with her former swimmers and continues to follow their career and accomplishments.

Our co-founder of King Triton Aquatic Club and Triton Amateur Swimming Foundation will serve as the Director of Engineering & Sports Communications. Jonathan brings a unique element to our team with his background of twenty three years of experience as a Senior Design Engineer. Jonathan attended Lee College of Engineering at the UNC Charlotte. He is also Certified by USA Swimming as a Coach

Brayden Lapham
Brayden is a current lifeguard and in-water instructor for Triton Explorer and Age Group Select. He swims with Senior Elite, and was named male athlete of the year for the 2022 season. He holds multiple Senior records, and enjoys working with kids.

Olivia Kleven
Triton Navigators Coach
Olivia is from Raleigh, North Carolina and recently moved back to Winston Salem to attend Wake Forest's PA program. She is a recent alumni of Salem College where she obtained a degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry. During her time at Salem, she swam for Coach Vavina for two years and currently holds the school record in 200 breaststroke and 200 IM. Before coming to KTAC, she coached for her summer league team in her home town and for Enfinity Swim Club while in undergrad. She is a USA Swimming and ASCA Level 1 certified coach. During her free time, Olivia loves to go to the beach, reading, and traveling.

Kylie Clark
Triton Explorer Coach
Kylie is a current Division III swimmer at Salem College. She enjoys sharing her passion for swimming by introducing young swimmers to the sport through proper technique in all four strokes. Kylie's favorite event is 50 Freestyle! Swim FAST. She is a USA Swimming and ASCA Level 1 certified coach.

Amanda Rojo
Marketing & Graphic Design
Amanda is a Salem College Alumni, with a B.A. in Graphic Design. She is a certfied member of USA Swimming. Her primary focus is web design, marketing, and content creation for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Scarlet is a currently a Division III swimmer at Salem College. She is looking forward to sharing her passion for swimming with young athletes and teaching them to be proficent in all four strokes. She enjoys freestyle sprints and 200 backstroke! Scarlett is pursusing her Bachelors of Arts in Health Advocacy and Humanitarian System.
