Roster Groups/Practice Schedule and Fees:
November 1st, 2022 (Tuesday) – February/March 2023
- Pre Minnows - Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:15 - 5:45 pm ($70/month)
- Minnows - Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00 - 6:45 pm ($80/month)
- Flippers - Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 6:00 - 6:45 pm ($90/month)
- Dolphins Age Group 1 - Monday-Friday (no Wednesdays), 6:00 - 7:15 pm ($120/month)
- Dolphins Age Group 2, 3, Senior, National - Mondays & Wednesdays 6:45 - 8:15 pm, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 6:00-7:30 ($130/month)
*** Fees are per month, if you do not plan to swim a specific month of the Short Course season, please let Coach Jenna know so she would not bill you for that month. Automatic billing is run for each month on the 1st for that month

2023 USA Swimming Memberships:
- Each athlete registered to swim on DDST must also have a USA Swimming membership that is registered online by you through USA Swimming and needs to be renewed each year they are swimming (There will be a link that takes you to the USA Registration that you pay the USA membership directly through them).
- There are different levels of membership based on age and how many meets an athlete would be participating in that season.
- Flex - $30 - For athletes 12 & under only that plan to practice only or participate in 2 or less meets (Combined meet total for SC 2022-2023 & LC 2023, not including a State Championship meet).
- If you register for a Flex membership and decide to swim in more than the 2 meets or the State meet, you would need to upgrade to the Yearly Membership through USA Swimming.
- Yearly - $78 - For athletes of any age that plan to swim in more than 2 meets or a State Championship meet (Combined meet total for SC 2022-2023 & LC 2023)
- Flex - $30 - For athletes 12 & under only that plan to practice only or participate in 2 or less meets (Combined meet total for SC 2022-2023 & LC 2023, not including a State Championship meet).
- Age group 1 and above swimmers will register for a USA Yearly membership ($78). Unless you are 12 and under and know you will be participating in practice only or 2 or less meets, not including a State Meet.
- Minnows and Flippers will register for a USA Flex membership ($30). Unless you are a Minnow or Flipper that you know will be participating in more than 2 meets and/or a State Meet.
- The Flex membership is only good for 2 sanctioned meets (Short Course and Long Course). If you are a Minnow or Flipper that is planning to go to more than 2 meets in the year, an upgrade to the yearly membership will be required.
- The 2023 USA Memberships are good through December 31, 2023

The 2022-2023 regular Short Course Season will run through February for 10 & Under swimmers and through March 5th for our 11 & over swimmers, unless you are an 11 & over State Qualifier. The NDLSC Board has approved for the 10 & Under State Meet to be moved up a few weeks into February, so we have adjusted when our DDST home Consolation Meets will be. Below are the dates and location for the State Meets
10 & under State Meet – February 18-19 @ West Fargo
11 & over State meet – March 17-19 @ Bismarck
