Why EDGE?

EDGE swimmers are welcomed to a community that values each teammember equally. At the EDGE we believe in the success of every athlete both in and out of the pool, regardless of age, gender, background - whether they are new to the sport or qualifying for national-level meets. Our coaches are invested in helping swimmers realize their potential and in facilitating their growth in the sport.

We focus on process over result. We believe that athletes honor themselves and their teammates through effort. While awards and fast times are signifiers of success, we teach our swimmers that they can also experience success by nailing a race strategy, celebrating their teammates' accomplishments, making a new friend, and remaining focused on the present. We take tremendous pride in our focus on sportsmanship and togetherness.

Our athletes have access to tremendous facilities and services all under one roof: physical therapy, registered dieticians, personal trainers, Parisi Speed School, state-of-the-art field house. The EDGE is dedicated to the success of our athletes, and we can't wait to work with you!

Short Course Program Description

The Short Course season runs September through mid-March. Compared to a summer swim team season, it has a bit more structure and is a bit more rigorous. Swimmers train with an age and ability-appropriate group and compete in meets throughout the season. Most of the meets are in-state, and there are exciting opportunities for swimmers to travel out of state for competitions!

Our athletes learn about technique, endurance and racing strategies - and even more about themselves at practices, team gatherings and community service events.

Each season our swim 'team' develops into a swim 'family'. It's who we are.

Communication

Our staff works hard to keep the team well informed throughout the year. We use this site and regular emails as our primary methods of communcation. We also utilize social media for updates and news items. If you have any questions please contact:
