- Coaching Philosophy: “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” - John Quincy Adams My philosophy revolves around developing each athlete as a whole individual in and out of the water. I believe in meeting each athlete where they are to help create an individual plan to succeed.
- Interests: Political junkie and breaking news enthusiast, swimming, watching sports, coaching, cooking and being outside in the sun.

- Full-Time Career: Office Manager at Building Energy in Williston, Vermont.
- Coaching Philosophy: “ I believe the key to long-term success in swimming is to master excellent technique. It is esssential at all levels to continuously work to improve body positioning and stroke efficiency. Mastering proper technique in all four strokes before increasing intensity and introducing endurance is key.”
- Interests: My husband Jim and I have three sons and a pug. We love spending time together as a family. Most of that time is spent in and around water.

- Coaching Philosophy: “ Swimming is a great sport and my philosophy includes making swimming fun and accessible. As a coach, I enjoy helping swimmers improve, challenge themselves, and support each other both in and out of the pool. A good swimmer starts with a solid base!”
- Interests: Any activity involving a mix of sun and Lake Champlain, hiking, running, open water swimming and music.
