Senior 2

This Senior 2 Group is designed for swimmers who will be competing at a highest standard of competition and who want to continue improving and being challenged. Technique is still a focus and we start to look at each athlete’s stronger strokes and work on developing them to the next level. To train in the Senior 2 Group requires a meeting with the Head Coach to discuss committment to training and team leadership.


  • 14 and older


  • Up to 9 sessions per week, depending on season

  • Training in all events and starting to focus on 1 to 3 strokes

  • Dryland training up to 4 sessions per week

  • Session duration: 2 hours plus stretching

  • 6 practices a week required
