CSC Family,

Welcome to Coaches Corner 2nd Edition!

The Skaneateles Meet was a huge success! I hope you all follow us on twitter and Instagram cuz the word of the day was Pumpkin. As the kids were winning pumpkins left and right, our own Ian Price was heard to say, "I want the biggest pumpkin you have :)"

In fact the CSC kids earned 96 best times in a single day of swimming, and THAT IS WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT!! Although pumpkins are cool too.

As we get closer to hosting our own meet on Saturday, November 9th please make sure to sign up the kids for their events. It would be awesome to have everyone participate. The only thing better than a best time is sharing the best time ribbon with all of your CSC friends in the gym. Thursday is the last day to sign up so please do so ASAP.

Finally, we have a WG HS meet (Senior Night) this Tuesday so there will be no practice. In addition, Halloween is a night for family fun so there will be no practice Thursday as well.

Follow us, sign up, and enjoy the tricks and treats.

CSC Family!!

Welcome to the first edition of Coaches Corner. Every Sunday night we hope to send out a quick note on the past week as well as coming events. With over 95 families proudly under the banner of Camillus Swim Club we feel it is more important than ever to keep us all "in the loop".

This weekend was our first meet of the season at the Mexico Tiger Sharks. Our coaches report an outstanding performance by the 35 swimmers. Dozens of best times and that is what we are ALL ABOUT.

Coach Melissa wants to point out the HUGE value of breaststroke pullouts :) Seems we had some big drops in time as a result.

Coach Nooch heard alot of "I had fun!" from the new swimmers. Well of course :)

Coach Ben wants to compliment the parents as well as the kids for all of their support and positive comments. The kids were excellent listeners and eager for feedback after their swims.

Seems we are off to a great start of competition. We want to remember that this week is the beginning of our "regular" schedule as we will now be practicing 5:00 - 7:15 on a daily basis. Next weekend we will be at Skaneateles! Let's have a great week of practice and get those times dropping some more!!

See you at the pool,
