Garrett Clarke swam a time of 56.52 on route to helping the Liverpool Warriors win the team title at Saturday's Section 3 State Qualifier Meet. The meet was held at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY. The race set a NEW NIAGARA DISTRICT RECORD for the Boys 17-18 Age Group. On Tuesday, May 8th, we had a fantastic informational session for Age Group swimming parents. The coaching staff shared insight regarding the growth and development of a swimmer as they evolve within the sport of competitive swimming. There was also discussion as to how this applies to the organizational structure of the Liverpool Jets Swim Club. Our Senior, Junior and Age Group swimmers enjoyed a fantastic opportunity to attend a training session with 2 specialists from Salt City Physical Therapy. Todd and Brandy (former collegiate swimmer) are certified therapists that specialize in shoulder rehab and injury prevention.
