BUFFALO, NY, October 7, 2019 - The Buffalo Area Aquatic Club (BAAC) hosted the first meet of the USA Swimming short course season with a Pentathlon format at the University at Buffalo’s Alumni Arena last weekend. The pentathlon format offered a great kick-off to the season with each swimmer competing in five events including the 50 Freestyle, 50 Backstroke, 50 Breaststroke, 50 Butterfly and the 100 Individual Medley for each age group. BUFFALO, NY, August 5, 2019 - The Buffalo Area Aquatic Club (BAAC) concluded the long course swim season with season best times by all swimmers at the Niagara Long Course Championships held at Erie Community College in Buffalo, New York on July 18th to the 21st. BUFFALO, NY, October 18, 2018 -  The Buffalo Area Aquatic Club (BAAC) started the USA Swimming short course season this past Saturday with the STAR Super Series Meet #1 at the Burt Flickinger Athletic Center at Erie Community College. BAAC just wrapped up a strong weekend of performances at the STAR Long Course Meet in Buffalo this past weekend following a road trip to the Jerry Holtrey Summer Classic at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio on Father’s Day weekend. The road trip to Ohio was a first for many of our swimmers who have not competed outside the Buffalo area.
