SENIOR SQUAD

COACHES: TRISTAN FORMON (HEAD COACH), ART ZAWODNY, BUD RIMBAULT

PRIMARY COACH – TRISTAN FORMON

AGES: 13 & OVER (8TH GRADE AND OLDER)

PREREQUISITES: USA SWIMMING A TIME STANDARDS or 2000 IMX SCORE

EQUIPMENT: FINS/BOARDS/SNORKELS/BUOYS/PADDLES/CHUTES/BANDS

The Senior Team is geared toward Regional and National level competitions.  The program consists of daily workouts six days a week. Athletes develop both time management and leadership skill sets.  Selection to this group is made by Tristan Formon.

 

 

JUNIOR SQUADS

COACHES: ART ZAWODNY, TIM SHALLCROSS, BUD RIMBAULT, MEREDITH FORMON, TRISTAN FORMON

PRIMARY COACH – TIM SHALLCROSS

AGES: 10 & OVER (5th GRADE AND OLDER)

PREREQUISITES: USA SWIMMING BB TIME STANDARDS or 700 IMX SCORE or 800 IMR SCORE

EQUIPMENT: FINS/BOARDS/SNORKELS

The Junior 1 & 2 Squads are for swimmers ages 10 & over who are competent in all four competitive strokes. The team practices six days a week. These swimmers compete in USA Swimming meets, the Junior Olympics and regional competitions.  Emphasis on athlete personal accountability and self-advocation / communication with coaches.  Selection to this group is made by Primary Junior Coaches, Head AG Coach, and Tristan Formon.

 

AGE GROUP SQUADS

COACHES: AL LEDGIN, AJ PROFACA, STEPHANIE CROFTON

PRIMARY COACH – AL LEDGIN

AGES: 7 & OVER (2nd GRADE AND OLDER)

PREREQUISITES: USA SWIMMING IMR SCORE (legal in all four strokes)

EQUIPMENT: FINS/BOARDS

AG 1-4 and 5-8 are a four to five-day-a-week program for competent swimmers ages 7 – 18. Coaching will further develop strokes through drills and endurance. These swimmers compete in team meets, USA Swimming meets, and the Junior Olympics. Swimmers will learn practice and meet routines.  Swimmers will be taught how to set personal goals and monitor their progress.  They will also learn how to demonstrate the characteristics of a good teammate.  Selection to this group is made by the Age Group Coaching Staff.
