New IMR/IMX Records for the 2018-19 Season!

Hello BWTD Swimmers and Families!

As some of you know, in late summer of last year I unveiled a new type of record that we'd be tracking on our website - IMR/IMX records. These records reward those swimmers who excel at multiple events, instead of just a single event or stroke. Though our IMR/IMX records were pretty bare last year, I'm happy to say that this year we've managed to fill out the IMR records, as well as get a little closer to filling out the more challenging IMX records. You can find the full list here. For more information on IMR and IMX Scoring, go to this website.

Congratulations to those swimmers who earned new IMR/IMX records, or broke previous records from the 2017-18 season:

  • Anya Mehta - 8&Under girls IMR Record (131 points)
  • Ryan Cervino - 8&Under boys IMR Record (1804 points)
  • Sabrina Cialdella - 9 year old girls IMR Record (855 points)
  • Aditi Kavimandan - 10 year old girls IMR Record (1203 points), 10 year old girls IMX record (1570 points)
  • Aria Amin - 11 year old girls IMR Record (375 points)
  • Jack DeWitt- 11 year old boys IMR Record (623 points)
  • Paul Serra - 12 year old boys IMR Record (438 points)
  • Sania Moghe - 13 year old girls IMR Record (1795 points), 13 year old girls IMX record (1455 points)
  • Julianne Gallina - 16 year old girls IMR Record (2008 points)
  • Jacob Simon - 16 year old boys IMR Record (1553 points)
  • Brittany DeRogatis - 17-18 year old girls IMR Record (1417 points)

After Sunkissed Invitational over the weekend, I will be posting a news article about our team's power points for the entire year, as well as a new top ten, and any other IMR/IMX record that could possibly go down over the weekend.

Congratulations again to our new IMR/IMX Record Holders!

Sincerely,

Coach David
