Senior Practice Group

This program is for high school-aged (14+) swimmers and is designed for those swimmers who are committed to the sport but aren't quite ready for the National group. The primary focus is to increase strength and technical ability to build a strong base for senior level swimming.

There is 55% attendance requirement to continue swimming in the Senior Group. Swimmers who do not fulfill this requirement may be invited to Junior Group for the following season (short course season if you sign up for year-round).
