This past weekend Scarlet BMS had four swimmers compete at the respected U.S. Open Championships. The competition was a total of three days beginning on November 12th and concluded today November 14th. In addition, the meet was held in Long Course Meters in 50 Meter pools. Due to the coronavirus pandemic the U.S. Open was hosted at 9 different locations simultaneously whereas under normal circumstances it would only take place at one specific location. During these trying times it is our pleasure to share this great news with you. Two of our National group members have committed to swim for colleges that they will attend in the Fall of 2021. These two seniors are James Don and Brian Uribe. James has decided to spend the next four years attending and swimming for the United States Military Academy or better known as West Point. Congratulations to Dare Rose for his record breaking performace at the Phillips 66 National Championships. Dare broke 5 New Jersey LSC records, and ultimatley qualified in the 400 Freestyle for the Junior Pan Pacific Championships to be held in Fiji on August 23rd. Dare will compete in the 100 / 200 / 400 Freestyle, 200 Butterfly, and 200 I.M.

Dear All, I was just contacted by the High School Coach, an unexpected High School Meet will be taking place today at 5pm at Lincoln Community School due to the unforseen State Championship Tournament that the High School proudly a part of. Due to an unexpected High School Meet that will take place on Thursday, February 10th, 2011 there will be no practice. Practice today and Friday is normal time (5:00pm - 6:30pm). Senior 2 group will have practice this saturday 1/22 at 8:00 am - 10:30 am instead of the normally scheduled practice at 11 am. We will also train on Sunday 1/23 following the prep / Bayonne Meet at 3:30 pm - 5:30pm.

Practice Changes pretains primairly to the following groups: Age Group 2 - LCS Senior Prep - LCS Senior 1 - LCS Bronze - STVNS The High School Meet on Thursday/Friday at Lincoln Community School has been cancelled, as a result practices for the following groups will be as follows: 5:00pm - 6:30pm (Normal Schedule Time) at Lincoln and not at Saint Peter's College.
