As some of you may be aware the governor of NJ has decided to pause competitive sports beginning Friday morning until January. This is a very poor decision in our eyes as there has been a ZERO case of COVID-19 from any swimming team or pool in the state of NJ. Our team has been outstanding and followed all guidelines to keep everyone safe!

Unfortunately it is going to cause is to make some changes:

1. The swim meet on Saturday is now going to be on THURSDAY NIGHT. The tentative schedule is Ages 12 and under will swim at 6:00pm and ages 13 and over will swim at 7:15pm, the events will have to be changed to fit the timeline and we will let you know if we still need timers, (Please bring Coaches gift donations Thursday night if you wish to participate)

2. We are not able to run organized practices or meets, but WE WILL NOT STOP SWIMMING OR STOP CARBONES. Swimmers will be assigned two  days a week for SWIM LESSONS with one of our instructors (coaches) to work on their technique and starts and turns, We are working on the schedule now and we will have it posted by the weekend. PLEASE CONFIRM time and please be on time for your lessons.

What you need to do:

Carbones Dryland- For those swimmers that are currently participating in CARBONES only, you will receive a link to log in and register for your time slot for the month of DECEMBER. You will have the same day and time that you currently have now, but you will need to log in and confirm your participation, This is only available to those athletes that are currently training at Carbones. The link will be out on the weekend. All Carbones classes will run as normal all this week.

You will be emailed your days and times for your lessons. Please confirm your spot ASAP. We are limiting to two swimmers per lane per lesson. Lesson schedules will be out by the weekend

Please log in and confirm YES OR NO to your participation for the meet on THURSDAY. We will set up swimmers in their events.

There will be NO LESSONS starting until Monday December 7th, so we will have no LESSONS on Friday Dec 4th or Saturday December 5th we are CLOSED on these dates to set up for next week.

We know this is not an ideal situation for any of our athletes but we will keep swimming and keep our swimmers engaged in their sport for their mental and emotional well being as well as their ability to learn and become better swimmers! We Thank you for your never ending dedication and cooperation! We will continue to do what is best for our athletes!

Hello Cudas!
Each swimmer must perform a Covid-19 self-check before attending practice.
Please fill out THIS form DAILY. This must be done every day that you (or your swimmer) plans to practice at our facilities. Do your part to keep everyone safe...thank you!
We are so proud of all our swimmers for their hard work at practices!
We have been training at Deal, Carbones and now the NAC is opening slowly to some smaller groups!
We are grateful for all our swimmers that are following all our safety protocols.
