Action Plan to Address Bullying & Electronic Communication Policy In October, the USA Swimming House of Delegates approved important legislation enhancing existing safeguards for the Safe Sport Program. Coach Pat was present at this convention and voted alongside the NJ delegation to implement these new policies.
